Hi ,
I am sure I have already seen this somewhere on here but can't find it but looking for the colour code or a very near match in car colours for the ELR gold wheels and shocks . Please someone save me many wasted hours of googling

I just did my wheels and used Hammerite spray and it looked OK

I'd like to know this as well, its a very light gold more of an oyster colour.
And the tank and side panels have a gold pin stripe between the white and blue.

My Dad had a Morris Marine LE that was Oyster, well it was for the first six months before it started to rust!

Can't believe I managed to find a picture of it!

Nice Marina well cool , thanks for the input and extra information ! As you say it is a lighter gold than most and hard to reproduce .

I spent a while researching the same earlier on this year as I had my Elr wheels painted and polished etc. The nearest paint to the original colour is:

Mercedes Benz Champagne metallic = DB-473.

The hammerite gold spray paint is a fair bit darker and spookily more gold.

Coated my VFR 750 and my Z900 mags with Hammerite gold smoothrie
Does a good job and easy to repair.

I stripped the black, etch primed then sprayed them.
