I bought SUPERB rubber hose from the local VOLVO truck dealer for my XS650.

1 metre was a tenner.

I'll dig out the invoice with part number If you need it.

just checked the parts microfiche and it says 5x8x550, so I'm assuming that's 5mm ID so I'm going to find something on ebay as I need it by the weekend. I'll post a lnk in a minute. If I'm wrong please let me know before I waste my money

bit late now , but for anyone else interested in decent fuel pipe ?

Debben performance do a clear yellow pipe that does not need clips and i have been using it for about 6 months ,tank and filter, has been off numerous times ,it does not deform and stays tight , and you can get a good bend without it kinking ! best stuff i have ever come across . it cost about £10 per meter approx .And No i do not work for Debben performance !!!
