fork split bushes removal

What is the best and easiest way to remove the bushes in the fork bottoms

Put youre thumb nails into the slot and prize apart. Its only a m couple mm or so step you have to lift them over.
'GPZ900R' ones i think are the dodge to get round the NLA originals if its the J forks.
ZPOWER will advise if i got the model wrong.
