Camshaft bearings shels..

#1 PostAuthor: gordon62 » Mon Sep 01, 2014 12:57 pm

Hi all,
I may be replacing the Bearing shells for the cams on my Z1000, anyhow, I am wondering as they can be quiet expensive, I have seen some from Z1parts and ze fever, and some on e-bay, I think these are pattern part, so are these pattern parts ok, or is genuine best way to go..

I have no knowledge of these but I wouldn't risk anything other than genuine parts.

Zpower told me recently that the cheaper variety they were selling were OEM and of the same quality as Gen. Kwak ones only a bit less expensive.
