blocked carbs

[img]file:///C:/Users/Stevie/Dropbox/Camera%20Uploads/2011-10-07%2004.16.07-5.jpg%20%20Hi%20guys,%20these%20carbs%20are%20off%20a%20CSR%201000%20and%20have%20been%20giving%20me%20problems.%20I've%20blown%20through%20them%20all%20with%20compressed%20air%20and%20all%20good%20now%20bar%20the%20hole%20that%20my%20finger%20is%20on.%20When%20I%20blow%20through%20the%20rest%20air%20comes%20up%20through%20the%20opposite%20hole%20on%20the%20right,%20but%20not%20on%20this%20one.%20Is%20this%20correct%20or%20do%20I%20have%20a%20blockage%20and%20if%20so%20how%20do%20I%20clear%20it%20?%20I've%20tried%20with%20air%20but%20it%20doesn't%20seem%20to%20work.%20Any%20suggestions%20please%20chaps,%20thanks%20in%20advance,%20$tevie.[/img]

Steve , the best way to clean carbs is in an ultra sonic cleaner.

Hi Scott, yea mate I know. Anyway as I didn't manage to put a picture up I'll try to explain where It's blocked. If you were looking at them with the filters off, the opening (mouth) has 4 holes and a sort of crescent shaped one at the top OK. On number 2 carb the hole on the left upper is blocked. When I put compressed air through all the others I get air coming out the hole opposite. Wish I could post pics, it would be so much easier to explain. Just wondered if this is normal or should it be clear ? Thank you to all replies, $

I managed to clear it by very lightly putting a wooden toothpick down there and fiddling about. Seems OK now.
