Bolt supplier help

After trying to put my crank cases back together, a few of the bolts won't torque up and are just stretching and snapping. I looked to get new kawasaki ones, half of which aren't available, the rest, as you would expect, are expensive. Do any of you know a supplier that does suitable replacements?
Cheers
