What goes through the rubber ring that loops round the rear engine mount. Is the battery breather pipe?

Are these the pipes that connect to the bottom of the float bowls. When I got the bike there was nothing attached to these.

Guys, speaking of carb overflow tubes,,,,, Anyone seen these two plastic/rubber clips.
I have seen them on several Z's over the years, however, it appears no one else has seen them! They fit perfectly on the four overflow tubes and are obvious by their slightly deformed square look! One fit before the figure-8 rubber strap and one after.
I know I've taken them off a few zeds and I am surprised and embarrassed that I'm the only Zed-nut, that has seen them.

Garn , I have these on a couple of my zeds they gather the pipes before they are fed through the rubber ring on the rear upper engine mount.

its ok to start the bike but only if there is no fuel leaking from the overflow tubes at the bottom of the float bowl's
