Brake Bleeding Kit(s)

#1 PostAuthor: Jay1969 » Mon May 26, 2014 6:50 pm

Bought a brake bleeding kit from Halfords today, but the diameter of the master cylinder cap on my Z900 A4 is just a bit too big.

The kit came with three different size caps.

Where to get a plastic cap same size as the Zed one?

...or has anyone got an old Zed m/c cap I could drill a hole in for the tube?

Forget those cheap and nasty kits, just buy a Mityvac and suck the fluid through.
I use one on all my bikes and the Mityvac is the business!

Just fit a small flexi pipe to the bleed nipple and pump it out !
Unless I've mis understood it's very easy !
