The bolts I am referring to are the two M12 lower engine mounts that uses the Steel "segments " instead of normal nuts.
The threads on one of them are in very poor condition , I want to change them but I have no idea what the thread details are apart from metric fine.

Can anyone help?

I make it M12 x 1.25 pitch - that's taken from my Z1B and using thread gauges and is 70mm long so take it there is a difference between model numbers.

Zpower only list 1 size replacement bolt for the A4 at M12 x 55 long

https://www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanag ... cts_id=834

Hope that's of some use.

I have an m12 x1.25 die that I use to make those bolts.
If you don't get sorted go down the Bapps etc and buy two course pitch stainless m12 bolts with long plain shanks and i'll make you a couple that fit.
They will have 19mm heads though.

Yes, metric "super fine" 1.25 pitch.

Metric fine on 12mm is a 1.5 pitch.

Like Rob says, 17mm hex instead of a "standard" 19mm.
I too use a die of 1.25 pitch.

After reading this thread again.

I'm almost certain that the two bolts in question are DIFFERENT lengths.
