My CBR 400 project has an irritating steady throttle issue. At 12-13k on steady throttle it feels like its surging and then baulking slightly. CV carbs have been cleaned new jets and springs. Performs great apart from this. No issues accelerating or at steady throttle lower in the rev range. Going to try replacing the fuel filters. Any other suggestions. Not sure if its related but it occasionally dies at junctions if I pull up sharply

Ok so some cheap skate has put an extra lead in that allows the bike to run without the fuel pump relay. I'm told this also means that the ecu will not control flow. this might be the cause of the running issues, overfueling, The lead was a pice of S*(t as well. New relay from H***a £70  but i've found one for £20 we will see.
