CHOKE LEVER BLACK PLASTIC PART..

Hi all,
I just had some bits rezinc including a mikuni choke lever for which I was told could get around the black plastic part without any prob, only to pick it up with it gone, prob melted
so was wondering if the black part is available or possible to get anywhere???
