Decided to convert from 630 to a 530 Chain & Sprocket set up.
Bike Torque Racing listed a kit suitable for the Z1000 A1-A4, Z1R & Z1000H fuel injection etc.. - all have the front sprocket type 28400 - (18t in my case)
Came to fit the kit today & there is a problem at the front sprocket - the chain is rubbing on the inner Gear Shift Mechanism Cover.
Looking at the front sprockets the original 630 one appears to be offset slightly away from the engine whereas the 530 one doesn't appear to have an offset.
Anyone experienced a similar problem?
