1994 Kawasaki Gt750 with Keihin CVK carbs

#1 PostAuthor: tonyzx12r » Sat Apr 05, 2014 10:07 pm

Hi everyone. In addition to my Z1 I Also have a 1994 Gt750 with Keihin CVK carbs. I want to sync the carbs but I cannot find anywhere on the Web that shows where to attach the vaccum hoses from the gauges to the carbs. I know you guys know most things re Kawasaki's, "any ideas". Thanks Tony

If they are like the CV cabs on a 96 750 zephyr, carbs 1 & 4 vacuum ports are linked together with a piece of hose and 2 & 4 are linked together and the centre of the hose has a T piece with a piece of hose coming from it to operate the vacuum assisted fuel tap, they are the vacuum ports.

By disconnecting the hose from the fuel tap you will have to set the tap to prime to get fuel flow.
