hi all, can any body tell me the external dia of 900 and 1000 cyl liners please........thanks

Baz, sorry for the delay, this must have slipped past.
Here is half the answer
900 bore ~ 66mm, liner ext diameter ~ 75mm
1000 bore ~ 70 mm , liner ext diameter ~ [not sure] estimate 79-80mm.
Someone will have a 1000 liner around!

1015cc liner external diameter is 75.5mm , seems it's only the holes that are bigger

Kick start equipped engines.
903cc cylinder liner OD = 74mm
1015cc cylinder liner OD = 76mm

Bad info is a lot worse than no info.
Went and rechecked my 903 liners, Zed1015 is correct, it is 74mm not 75mm.
Sorry about that! I need glasses.
