#1 PostAuthor: G » Sat Dec 21, 2013 11:00 am

Just got my paintset back from Hutch and need to re fit filler cap.The pin that slides through to make it hinge open is pretty tight. Are there any tips for the job before I start please.

Thanks mate I saw that when I searched previous posts but unless I am missing something I dont think it covers my question. My cap is intact but needs attaching to the tank using the roll pin which pushes through tank and cap to enable it to hinge. The pin is tight and I dont want to start anything yet for fear of damaging new paint. Was wondering if there is a technique for getting pin in ?
