Z900A4 AIR BOX STAY BRACKET/SUPPORT

Just wish to confirm that the air box stay bracket (the one a/b sits on) goes on top of the battery housing mounting plate? or underneath?

RBH, that stay that supports the air-box, is attached to the battery box on the bottom by two 6mm bolts. The lower part of the air-box support has two cable clips to fix/ support the alternator cables. The Z900-A4 is slightly different.
