Quick question on Z1 enterprise web page a heavy duty clutch kit comes with an extra metal plate ! why do you need an extra plate and where does the extra plate fit in the set up ?

The extra-disk clutch setups use slightly thinner friction plates, so you can add an extra friction and metal plate to the pack.

I don't recommend these on stock or close to stock street bikes. They are really for drag bikes or very hot street bikes as the clutch can be a little harsh - difficult to slip smoothly.

I typically recommend stock-style friction plates with new aftermarket clutch springs which are about 10% heavier spring rate.
