You should re-post this in the BIKE HELP section for a better response.
The ZRX running gear transplant is a common mod so you should soon get the info you need.

front end goes straight in,the 1100r and ZRX use the same bearings, the swingarm fits, you will need to use the elr swingarm shaft and use a sleeve so it fits the bigger i.d bearings fitted to the zrx arm.
I've tried a lot of different front sprockets, the zrx will fit, from memory I think the one I have now is zzr1100 to give me std ELR teeth (15) as I couldnt find a 15t for the ZRX,I have an approx 10mm spacer behind the front sprocket to line up with rear.

If the 1100R is indeed original do not get rid of any of the parts. They are increasingly rare and valuable.

Why not do this to a J or GPz?

you'll have to widen the top shock mounts to match the extra width of the swing arm. my 1100R frame was done by A & H performance.

Or use an XJR swingarm and a narrower wheel rim.

Hi,
Not sure about the 'original 1100r 1983' as far as I was aware only the 1000R was available in 83 the 11 was 84/5 - So it doesn't matter if you chop it up after all. :D
