what jets

Could someone kindly help me with this?
I have a set of Mikuni VM26 carbs of a z1000A1 and need some new standard 107.5 main jets and some O rings for the pilot air screws. I contacted Allens Performance who stated I would need to match up my existing main jets, Here lies my problem as i dont have any. If someone could advise me on which type of main jets i need via allens website? Also my pilot air screw seals are a bit shoddy and if someone could tell me what diameter O rings i need?
lastly whats the standard setting for the pilot air screw? how many turns from fully home?
