swapping carbs, CSR to ST

Hi Guys, I was thinking about fitting 1000 ST carbs to my CSR1000. does anyone know if i'm gonna encounter any probs ? i have the rubber manifolds for both so that ain't a problem. Why did they fit these on the ST anyway ? Reason I'm thinking about doing it is, think CSR carbs are in need of a total refurb, thanks to all replies in advance, $tevie

carbs will fit okay
does Your ST carbs have the pump fitted to the bottom of number two carb
if so this may cause the engine to run a little rich

Hi Paul, OK thanks for that. No I ain't seeing any pump on No2. $
