78 GS1000 airbox rubbers

#1 PostAuthor: samspoons » Wed Jul 31, 2013 12:19 pm

Hi just wondered if anyone knows where to source new carb to airbox rubbers for a 78 GS1000. I need to clean my carbs out and have seen many a post on here saying what a bitch it is using the old ones.
I have been trawling ebay for a few weeks now and can only find later model ones so any help would be appreciated.

The best people to call would be Chris on 07774 924067, They do loads of aircooled suzuki and kawasaki aircooled stuff and would be able to get you some if they are still available.

Alternatively look at the Robinsons foundry site they may list some.

Altnerativlty if there not too bad boil the rubbers in a pan with a "dash" of lubricating oil. It does soften them up
