z900 top end rebuild

i'm in the process of putting the head back on to my 1075 wiseco z1 after a cylinder head repair,the problem is i cant find my manuel!i'm quite shure i can manage but would like to know if there is any downloadable stuff before i rip the house and garage apart or buy another manuel.cam chain timing,torque settings,etc

Kenny, I got a manual mate, but in paper format only :?

thanks guys for the help.i've just got a haynes one from ebay,cant find mine anywhere,it'll come in handy for the engine anyway,apart from the bodywork everything is changed!!the only thing thats worrying me is putting the exhaust back on,the last time i tried i broke the stud casting,had to get it alloy welded,get new top end gaskets,200 quid lighter in the pocket now :oops:

got the haynes manuel and it doesnt tell you the torque settings for the head!its a bag of s@#t!!

you can buy a clymer manual for ?15 on amazon, just got one last week at first glance it looks a lot more in depth than the haynes.
