I am doing the fork seals on the anti-dive forks soon ,i have orderd the seals and dust covers from cradley heath, (kawasaki items) but what i need to know ?should i change the fork springs for some stiffer progressive type ? and also use some heavier oil ? my ones are over 30 years old and seem very saggy ! bit like my gut !!!
Any help from someone out there who knows about, or have already done this ?

Cheers Andy .....

I've got Hyperpro springs and oil in my ELR (GPz has FZR front end). Word of warning - 30 year old fork oil stinks and if you get it on your clothes it's never coming out!
