Hi, I have a 75 Z1b and require a spare key, do I need to just find one with the same number and does it have to be a blank key or if the numbers match will it fit. Thanks Paul

Paul the ignition and seat lock are usually the same but steering lock is different !

Yes just find one with the same number and your away!
The seat and steering lock generally have the number stamped on the front of them as well.
What number are you looking for?

It's not on the factory blank with the lion top though.

Hi, it is the 751 key that I require but would like the black topped key if I can. Can any one tell me what combination of keys should come with the bike as I dont think I have the steering lock key as I only got one key withh the bike. Thanks Paul

Hi

I can cut any of the Z1 keys if you need one, they cost Â£10 each including P & P and all of that goes to MacMillan Cancer Nurses

Alternatively if you want to get one cut locally take the one you have and tell your local Timpsons/Locksmith that it needs to be a Silca KW11 blank, these are obviously not original lions head ones
