could any body help with this one

i have a 2003 Z1000 that as suddenly started to leak oil from a small hole in the bottom of what i think is the water pump/oil pump combined unit ,oil only leaks when the engine is running and seems to be like a pulse of oil that is coming from this hole .before i go and rip the thing apart has anyone got an idea if it needs a new pump or housing or if its just some sort of pressure release valve or the like that fitted inside the unit

its ok i have now got the answer from kawasaki technical , its seems to be the oil pump main mechanical oil seal part ref 92049, they also advise that it may be nescesary to replace the mechanical water pump seal at the same time part ref 49063
