Guys, what would you say is the best option: to have a set of wheels powder coated or painted?

If powder coating - does anyone know of a good company close(ish) to Warwick?

Cheers

Sure powdercoat might be a bit tougher , but if you use a good tyre fitter you dont have a problem. Larry at illusion race paint knows how to paint wheels..period! Mate had some zrx wheels done in 2 colours and they were a work of art, nick ward (njwmct) fitted the tyres , balanced the wheels , and perfect job done. You get what you pay for !

I tried these guys as they were local but got messed about and had to wait over 3 weeks for the wheels to be done. When I did get them back they forgot to tape up the areas that were not supposed to be powercoated!! :(

I had to chip/scrap off the powder coating where the discs sit and put a chaser down all the bolt holes! Don't think I will be going back and they were not cheap either. Not moaning but I can't recommend.
