After many happy hours bleeding the brakes on my Z1B I am still not happy with the resistance of the brake lever,no air bubbles are now coming from the pin hole in the master cyclinder but air still comes from the rear(larger)hole is this to be normal
Brakes bled through to the calipers with no air present.

Split bleeding has been carried out.
I won't bother responding to your other comments because it will only encourage you.
Will someone come back with a serious answer

If its a "split" 3 x line... start with furthest caliper away from m/cylinder (left) then do right caliper .
If
all else fails I've taken complete system off a bike before & hung it upsidedown (calipers tied to roof) then used m/cylinder to pump thru'. Make sure any air bubbles have a direct path unwards to calipers
ALSO make sure the calipers are square to discs... if they're pissed (even slightly) the disc acts like a
spring washer and you will have hell of a job bleeding them

Steve,
Tie the brake level back to the bars and leave for a few days, does help.

Under normal circumstances do air bubbles come out of the larger hole in the master cyclinder or should there be none at all
Mike, lever has been tied back to bars for few days.

SERIOUSLY....
Bleed to the banjo on the out side of the MC.
Then bleed to the spliter on the bottom yolk.
Then bleed to one caliper.
Then to the second caliper.
You will get a result or your money back!!

As previously mentioned split bleeding has been carried out.
Air bubbles appear from larger hole in master cyclinder.

Could it be possibly drawing air from banjo copper washers???

Are you bleeding with the master cylinder top off? If so top the fluid right up and then screw the top on tight. Pump it a few times and then take the top off again and top it up again and do the same procedure.
If this don't work your master cylinder is fecked or should i say worn. I had this issue on my Z1A and fitted a 5/8 master cylinder in the end on a single disc bike - the difference is incredible.

The master cyclinder has been bored out to 5/8th by a well known specialist, new piston kit fitted and pressure tested.
I will try your advised method of bleeding with master cyclinder cap on.
