finally on the road...

here attached images of my bike.

today was the first ride after the mechanic made the tuning of the carbs.

few problems:
- oil pressure light is on when rpm is below 2000. I have removed the oil pressure switch for cleaning but problem is not solved. According to the mechanic nothing wrong with the oil pump. I have ordered new switch.
- engine doesn't restart easily when hot. Need to cool down to restart.

Acceleration is fine. brakes ok.

Really nice looking bike.

I had the same issue with the oil light coming on when idling when I rebuilt my Z1000 a few years back. That was a simple case that I had forgotten to fit the "o" ring between the sump pan and the lower crankcase. Once fitted oil light went off when the engine was running at any speed.
