A4 silencer problem

Hello, I have just obtained a used carb silencer for an A4 item 15 on the diagram. The problem is that the packing material is shot and resembles biscuit crumbs. Does anybody know if there is a modern material you can use to repack? Also I need the clip and screw 14,16 to secure it to the airbox which is NLA any ideas?

Use thin foam from an upholsterer and a jubilee clip job done!!

go to any motorcycle chop and buy a sheet of airfilter foam they are about 1ft square cheap as you like and use that it can then be washed periodically and reoiled
