Is JMC out of business?
Just wondering as I'd like some new eccentric adjusters....

They were totally unprofessional towards the customer.
Greed overcame the financial difficulties they had.... cash flow etc. Obviously no-one was looking at the finances of the business.
It's the old story, and just like S+S Performance who also offered a great product. "If there wis money in the tin at the end of the week, then we're doing ok right?"

I ordered a swingarm from them for my (at that time) z900 way back in 1989,
their ads in the bike magazines claimed a turn-round of 28 days, after about 6
weeks still no swingarm, phoned them loads of time's each time was excuse after
excuse, eventually got it delivered 23 weeks later. At that time I thought it was
mainly due to them fast becoming popular, the quality was superb, so I put it down
to the back log of orders due to the popularity of them. Anyway, when I started seeing
them recently on eBay, I too Google'd to see if they were still making 'em to compare
prices of new one's, was shocked that someone in 2010 was sueing them over their
issue with JMC, all these years later, and that many more customers along the way
had the same issues as I did getting the bloomin' thing delivered after stumping up
the money for it. So, highly surprised that they lasted so long trading, and just a shame
they weren't more honest about their turn-round times, i.e., how simple would it be for
them to say, "We've got so many to make at the moment, can't promise a turn-round for
at least (ex amount of months)" But as mentioned, they were unprofessional in their
dealing with such an important aspect of their customer service.

The new firm is as bad s the old one. Non responsive emails / tried to call them no one there / looks like their webbsite has gone down now as well - which is a relief as no will get ripped off.

Yes I've seen that site before, god knows how long it's been 'Under Construction'.
With a name like 'Swingarm.com' it sound's as though they're trying to
satisfy a pending administration lawsuit or something.
