Quick question, on zed1/z900 handel bar switches.. I have done a few restorations on zed switch gear, and have been asked it i can put the guts, and wiring of a pattern part switch, inside a genuine zed switch..Cos zed switches, are stamped with numbers. and that's what he wants.. Has anyone ever done this? Will it all fit or not? And what is the life of these patten part switches :??

i would say yes i transferred the indicator internal parts of a z1b pattern switch into a Kawasaki h1 500 l/h switch no problem + exactly the same

Or what about stamping new numbers on the repo switches???
