rubbers for main stand and side stand

hi,
I purchased the rubbers for main stand and side stand but I don't know how to fit them.
Any suggestion?

If you haven't got a 4:4 then you will have to make a bracket up

Put the side stand rubber in some boiling water for a few minutes, it'll slide on easily then.

Naw Dip it in petrol for 2 seconds it will slip on easily :)
