is there a difference in width of swingarms,i have a z1r frame,a z1000 swingarm,but its about two mill to wide to go in frame.does the z1r frame have narrower arms. :?:

have both types Brent 229mm make sure the bearings are full home ..obvious but vital

Loosen the rear engine mounts. You can (depending on your physical disposition) quite easily over tighten them and then the swingarm pivot is too narrow.

Says a bit about the rigidity of the Zed-frame though... :roll:

The engine bolts arnt in.

The engine is in loose.just a frame for now.
