Standard one does but that is an aftermarket damper bracket

Looks pretty much the same as mine. The brakets do brake off though

Those adapter brackets come up from time to time on Ebay from MPL Germany (none on at the moment tho) pot luck what you can pay for them - think mine was a tenner posted.

I used the original lug as well as the new bracket, by cobbling a piece of ally to suit - purely to make a steering damper that i was given fit.

That's where I used to mount it, but the reflector bracket started to crack.
There is no way this alloy mount is going to move or break.

mine broke off completely. Little welding fixed it
