The points on my Z1a have come to the end of their useful life and i wish to change to electronic ignition. Not being the most confident mechanic what would be the best and most convenient system to fit and what tools would i need. :?:

DYNA 'S'.
Easy fit, plugs in on same connections as the points.
No ignitor box or anything else to complicate things.
Very reliable.
Got these on all my zeds.

You don't need a strobe light to set a Dyna.

Static is fine with a degree wheel - just hold trigger at "Full Advance" with pistons at around 35 degs BTDC and check sparks fly

This may well be cheaper.... http://www.z1enterprises.com/ItemDetail ... em=DYDS2-1

Thanks for all the advice......have ordered Dyna S from Z1 Enterprises. £40 cheaper than Z Power even with postage  Reckon this is due to Dyna S being an American product.

One question regarding setting it up they are recommending static timing......any advice on this :?:
