CS and CSR have a pinch bolt type while z650 have a push in type held in with a bolt into the brake spindle.

Mikey take a look at the different models on this site. Most should have the splined type with a nut on the end of the shaft, but some did have a pinch bolt, I think on the type where the pedal mounts through an alloy hanger.

and as gprd says two styles of actual pedal where your foot presses (square and rounded corners)

Thats not a 650 pedal Mikey, the upright lever at the end should not be there. The shaft that goes through the footrest hanger should have the lever on the inside as well as the return spring.
Pics for comparing

Picture C3 pedal disc rear brake

Pics take a few seconds to load up and pedals look to come as two types as previous mentioned, rounded corners or squared off.

Just noticed that the brake height bolt should be other way up with head towards the pedal, gies it more contact area. It should have one nut to lock it in place, unless the threads in the frame lug are buggered, then it would need the second locknut.
