Tyre pressure

Pretty basic but I'me never sure about the correct tyre pressures.

Z1000A1 with Avon roadriders front 100/90/19 rear 130/80/18

As a fair-sized lad .... I'd go for about 28 - 30 psi.... then mess about to see what suits your riding style
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

32 in the front and 36 in the back would be my suggestion, as a starting point.
