Z1000 A2 Throttle Cables

I am refitting the carbs on my 1000A2 high bars and I cannot get the new cables to fit I have a set from Z Power and the cables are part number 54012 081 and 54012 087 can anyone help with ideas.
I can fit the return cable but the other is 20mm too short.

Correct cables for KZ1000A1/A2 (USA SPEC) and Z1000A1 (UK & AUST. SPEC) are 54012-149 & 54012-150 which run high bars from factory.
For Z1000A2 (UK & AUST. SPEC) 54012-1020 & 54012-113 which run low bars from factory.
The ones you have being sold are for Z1/Z1A/Z1B and Z900A4/A5 and numeros police bikes, which run a very slightly lower bar.
