Carb question

I got a Z1B a couple of weeks ago and today started to have a good look around it.As I said in the intro section the bike looks quite nice etc etc.

When I start the bike it runs and sounds well but the throttle does not spring/return back . So I took the tank off to get a proper look at the carbs and the first thing I notice is it appears to have A4 float bowls, [according to the parts book from Z Power.] Is this a " bodge up" do you think or are they interchangable? Could Kawasaki have done this at the factory?
I think the bike is quite a late B model [Z1F 070791].

I suspect this is just the start of my carb problems

Yes, same as the Z1B pic! So it seems that mine are correct :D
Just need to sort throttle return then, I am guessing it the big spring that is not located properly :??

Thank you Gary :up
