I've fitted viton seals on my rebuild but only done 1400 miles so far, obviously no problems, it's 21 century and vitton is widely used being superior to rubber.

viton seals are now used alot for dragracing ,they come in diffrent colours depends on what fuel you run and they have a diffrent life span
