I would say yes, but you may have issues with the footrest hanger brackets

I put a fireblade rear end in a 74 zed frame.just a bit of fettling.

Z1000 FRAMES ARE 234MM AT THE PIVOT, GSXR 1100 ESD ET Ones are 220,

Hopefully that will give you something to compare the efe width to.
