Ash, sorry no picture as yet!
What you are probably looking at is the difference in the Air/fuel screw adjustments. The later Mikuni 26mm carbs had a fuel adjustment screw at the bottom closest to the head, whereas, the earlier carbs had the short spring loaded Pilot air adjustment on the top.

Garn i will put a picture on later then you can see, not got a manual to do any references, mine should have the later 32mm cvs on them but the bike came with the 26s, theres no main jet thats for sure, and the only air screw from what i can see is on the top, little brass screws that sit offset either side of the carb bodies, i do know from the past that some of these carbs had a 1.5 or 1.7 idle jets, these dont have them either,

they're not A4 carbs though.................
only a single fuel feed and A4s have 2 feeds - to left/right bank of carbs.

i'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will be along to recommend main jet size uplift.........

ash, they are 24mm 650 carbs, you were asking about 26mm carbs as fitted to Z900A4 etc
I think I might have some emulsion tubes and mains etc, pm me if you need me to check.
Thought you were doing webers?? or maybe your thinking of going to 26mm in future. I'm like jimmock, confused
btw they look to be reasonably clean inside and also they did a 22mm version with ribs on as well, but not on many models of 650

Sorry thought the 650s had 26s seeing as mine suppose to have 32mm cvs as standard,
Pm sent mate
Forgot to say, the manifold dosent fit the 650 head so its a no no on that at the moment, holes are out of line by a long way, unless i can get some adapter plates made im gonna leave it for now,
