cam cover bolt will not tighten up

1 of my cam cover bolts will not tighten up , just keeps turning and turning, can this be fixed easy.

Best following GB's method and using the inserts which were called "timeserts" if you use a helicoil there is a good chance it will come back out with the bolt the next time !!
