Keihin CV34s

I've just started a GPz750 project and needed some carbs, to cut a long story short, a set of keihin CV34 carbs were delivered.
Now the original bike, as I'm sure you know, had BS34s on them, but what I'd like to know is, would this set of Keihins be a suitable alternative? I'm sure I'll have the option of sending them back if not.
