Probably gummed up Malc. A good soak in some thinners will help before 120psi goes through 'em.

Malc87, if they are gummed up solid, like I have seen some, I don't think ultrasonic cleaning will clear them. Maybe thinners will dissolve the vanishes, I haven't tried that.

I had some success with soaking pilot jets for about 4 hours in a Yamaha product. Yamaha make two types of solution, one for putting in petrol and one for soaking and cleaning. The one I used was the latter, it had written on the plastic container "You will die if you breath the fumes".... I'm still alive and it did the job of dissolving the gum.

Two jets are clear , the third seems to have a slight blockage and the 4th is almost (but not quite :D) fully blocked?
The main jets were perfectly clear and the float bowls were spotless?
Fuel tap is also perfectly clear :D

jets are soaking at the moment
