Ok, I need a front end for my 900, what do you recommend?

I'm looking for modern (ish), 3.5inch three spoke rim, not fussed if it's USD or not. Which models are long enough? Fit easier etc..

Have a read of these threads may give you some idea

Valuble info there :up

Think anything can be 'made to fit' but at what consequence - as mentioned in those posts, ie limited lock, altering rake/ trail which could lead to billet yokes etc.
Down to budget in my book and i would favour 'right way up' forks and look for a complete front end if possable - forks, yolks, wheel and discs.
This can save a lot of adapting / running around for parts.

I've FZR Genesis forks / yolks on my Z1 - 41mm dia, length is 780mm approx to spindle, yolks have different bearings to suit frame but steering lock is errr 'limited'

Hope this gives you some ideas

Im gonna be using ER6 forks (RWU items) on a Z650 build. The forks are about the same length as the std ones on the 650. I'll have to pres the stem out & bush it out to fit the ER6 Triple Clamps
