has anyone got a set of Z1-R carburetors handy and could measure the diameter of the part where an individual air filter would fit please???




I don't have access to measure up right now.

getting all the spares ordered ready to get it on the road.

I got some similar Mikuni's off a GS1000S - the intake stub is 33mm ext & 29mm internal... the AIR FILTER (intake) side is approx 42.5mm external

Thanks for the info are they 28mm Mikuni's? Going to be 100 Squid to buy them so don't want to order the wrong ones

The shock is EMC they have been bust since last century just after I ordered it actually but I managed to get it from them without much delay.

It's to be replaced as the rod has worn a big patch of the chrome off and its generally tired. not uprising really.
