Hi everyone,

Still collecting parts for my Z1r project and have a couple of questions:

1. What USD (or chunky RWU) front ends fit on with minimal hassle as the Gsxr1000 forks I was considering need extensions making as there too short?

2. Do any nicer chunky swingarms fit easily (My Z400 has a GPZ750 arm for example) - not bothered if it need modding for twin shock?

Cheers in advance

I've got gsxr1100 USD forks on mine no problem. I believe early zx9r forks are also long enough.

GSXR or ZRX swingarms seem popular (can't comment as mine is single sided)

Be good see another modified Z1R.

Gsrx swingarms - I'm guessing oil cooled models? If so I have 1990 L model in the shed...

Do USD ZX9 forks fit to or is it just the RWUs?

Cheers for the help

You will more than likely need yokes made with a decent offset to avoid forks hitting the tank
