has anyone got a any good ideas for clearing blocked jets on carbs . keep trying a needle , but cant clear it completely.

The needle could damage the jet mate! Especially if its a pilot or similar.

Soak jet overnight in diesel/petrol to break up the crud and blow through with compressed air. Lighter gas in a can works quite well too if no compressor! Solvent and pressurised gas in one. Usually come with selection of nozzles to get good fit into jet too!

If its main jets they're only ?10 a set of 4... so worth putting in new, any good bike shop will get em.... make sure you tell em which size thread as Mikuni make 2 types!
