anybody any idea if these spokes are any good?

I regularly ship stuff from the USA so this would be pretty easy if they are ok. Just comparing Z-Power charge ?160 for a set.

Thanks

Neal

In fact, I used Buchanan polished stainless spokes when rebuilding my wheels 4 or 5 years ago. I got them straight from Buchanans for a slight bit less than that but inflation may have raised the prices. They sent me the spokes, polished stainless nipples, and special assembly grease. Everything went as slick as owl shit, except, one row of spoke on the rear wheel I think, were a tad too long and had to be ground to length. I got one spoke just right and used it as a template for the rest of the offending spokes. Used a simple bench grinder, not a real problem. The spokes look good as new and need nothing more than a wipe down with a terry cloth rag to sparkle like new. I recommend them.

It works great but you'll have to get your own.

Perhaps you can ride through the Chunnel and look in a French kitchen :?:
